Day 5!! So the book I featured yesterday had a very pretty cover as well as spine. I did not want to be repetitive and so I chose a different book. I picked this book up because of it's cover. I know, I know, you should not judge a book by its cover, but I did, and I am ok with that.
The cover is the first thing that people see, if I saw a cover with a bunch of aliens on the front, I probably would not pick it up and read it. I am just not that interested in aliens. If there was a Lady in an impeccable dress on the cover, then yes I would be like ok, I think this may be something I would like.
Would you pick up this book because of the cover? The American Heiress is about an American Heiress who travels to England and marry's an Englishman who is in need of money...think Downton Abbey's Robert and Cora Grantham.
I actually enjoyed this book, and not just the cover.
